LaDerek has been living in the Triangle area since the age of 3 years old.  He has been enjoying the Triangle area for 34 years now.  Needless to say, he knows a tremendous amount of information regarding the local real estate market and uses it effectively to better serve each individual clients needs.

 

LaDerek believes that the connection between people is the strongest and most powerful connection there is on earth. Simply stated, he loves people from all walks of life. Just like cooking, LaDerek understands that there is also a  certain recipe in real estate when it comes to handling each one of his clients. He believes cooking and real estate have many things in common.  There are many processes in a real estate transaction from start to finish that are very important to achieve a certain and expected outcome. LaDerek makes it very easy to understand these processes.  Too many times, the consumer is not informed about the basic elements of a real estate transaction and LaDerek plans to change that fact. He believes in a certain level of knowledge and understanding for the consumer to have in order to get through a real estate transaction comfortably. He takes great pride in educating the consumer about their unique process and will hold your hand each step of the way, that’s a guarantee.

When LaDerek is not working tirelessly for his clients, he loves cooking and being creative in the kitchen.  He loves teaching his two teenage kids how to navigate the kitchen as cooking and self care are necessary life skills in his book. He believes there is a great amount of healing that takes place with breaking bread at your table. in the heart of the home, with the people closest to you over flavorful food made with love.
