1. Hire a great Real Estate agent.

2. Curb Appeal for the win.

Some of the first things buyers are going to notice as they pull up to your house are the landscape – lawn, plants, flowerbeds, etc. When Showcasing your house for sale, first impressions count.  If your house is inviting, you win!

3. Paint the interior if needed.

Contemporary colors that are on the brighter side can really give your house a great uplift!  Try to stay away from dark, gloomy colors as they will make the space feel much smaller.

4. Clean it up-remove clutter.

 This is critical.  If you are busting at the seams with no space, then the potential buyers will feel that same concern and probably feel they too would be tight for space if it was their home.

5. No half stepping with photos and videos.

Bad odors hit the nostrils immediately, especially pet odors.  This can be a major turn off for a potential buyer.

This can be a job, but it will be worth it.

Potential buyers could have some type of reaction to certain animals and as cute as we know our pets are, its better safe than sorry.  Not to mention, pets can be a huge distraction and take the focus off the house  we definitely don't need to.
